Admission Policies and Rules

Applications for admission shall normally be accepted in the month of April, May when academic year commences, but may be accepted during the academic year if vacancies exist. The children will be admitted to classes other than nursery after an entry test for the given class. Following documents are required at the time of admission.
  • School leaving certificate (if shifted from another school).
  • Birth certificate (admission into play group/ nursery).
  • Two passport size photographs
  • Admission cannot be granted without these documents.
  • The minimum age for admission to the nursery class will be 4 years.

Withdrawls Of Students

If parents wish to withdraw their child/children from the school, two weeks notice in writing must be given. Parents have to pay full fee & transport charges for the month during which the student is withdrawn. Rs.50/- will be charged for issuing a transfer certificate. No notice is required if a child is withdrawn between 1st April to 10th April.

Struck Off The Rolls

  • He/she has not attended the school for a period of one month unless such absence has been agreed by the Principal.
  • His/her fees has remained unpaid for two consecutive months.
  • On disciplinary grounds (no notice will be issued in such cases) such decisions shall be within the absolute & sole discretion of he school.
  • He/she has failed in the same class for two consecutive years.
